Access Until You Pass™ - Eligibility and Renewal Policy

At Chiro AlignEd Learning, our Access Until You Pass™ guarantee reflects our commitment to student success while maintaining the academic standards necessary for optimal board outcomes. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria and renewal requirements associated with the guarantee.

Eligibility

The Access Until You Pass™ guarantee applies to CAL Review Course enrollments that explicitly include this guarantee at the time of purchase.

To qualify for renewal access, students must meet all Exam Readiness Standards prior to their scheduled board examination and provide documentation of an unsuccessful exam attempt. 

The guarantee applies to the originally enrolled course only and is non-transferable.

Exam Readiness Standards

Access Until You Pass™ supports students who have fully engaged with the program but require an additional testing cycle. 

To be eligible for renewal, students must complete the following prior to sitting for their exam:

• Complete at least 80% of course video lessons
•  Complete at least 80% of course practice quizzes
• Achieve a minimum average score of 80% across practice quizzes
• Complete the full-length practice examination

These standards exist to promote exam readiness and ensure students have meaningfully utilized the review program.

Students who do not meet these benchmarks prior to testing will not qualify for renewal access. 

Renewal Requirements
 

Students requesting renewal under the Access Until You Pass™ guarantee must:

• Provide official documentation verifying a non-passing exam result
• Submit their renewal request within 30 days of receiving their exam outcome
• Have tested within 12 months of their original course activation

Eligible students will receive one 90-day renewal access period. 

Access Structure: Renewals vs. Extensions

Access Until You Pass™ applies only after a verified exam attempt.

Students who require additional time before sitting for their exam may purchase a course extension. Extensions are separate from the guarantee and do not require proof of exam failure. 

Extension options are available for students whose exam timelines shift due to scheduling changes or personal circumstances.

 Additional Policy Notes

• This guarantee applies only to the specific board review course purchased.
• Access may not be shared, reassigned, or transferred.
• CAL reserves the right to verify course activity and exam documentation.
• Failure to follow the outlined requirements may result in ineligibility for renewal access. 
• Meeting Exam Readiness Standards is required for renewal eligibility and is not waived for institutional partnerships.
